Shipping Time:

Browning Studios is a Mom-and-Pop's business staffed only by Mom and Pop (Linda, who's a full-time artist, and Lou).  Nevertheless, we will do our very best to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it, although sometimes it may take a little longer depending on whether or not we have the item in stock or are away from the studio doing a show.  We will notify you if this is the case.  

If you need to receive your order "yesterday", please contact Linda to make arrangements.  Because Hatteras Island is about 30 miles out to sea and, therefore, not near a major shipping hub, "next day" shipping services are not actually "next day". Priority Mail and Express Mail services are available for an additional charge in order to expedite the delivery of your order. 

 Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates, the perfect gift solution for the hard-to-buy-for, can be purchased for merchandise or art lessons and are available for any amount.  These are also the perfect gift solution if you need a gift right away because they can be emailed to the recipient, usually the same day they're ordered!  "Paper" gift certificates are mailed via USPS First Class.  Please contact Linda to purchase.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund for the price of the item.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Exchanges will be charged shipping. Please contact Linda either by email or phone to let her know if you want an exchange or a refund.  

We ship via USPS Insured.  If you need your purchase fast, you can upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail.  Please contact Linda either by email or phone to find out what the additional charge will be.  She'll need your zip code to calculate this.

Lou takes all possible precautions to get your order to you in good condition. If your order sustains damage in transit, please save the damaged item, carton, and all packing materials and contact Linda immediately for instructions.

When making a return, please pack the item carefully and insure it for the full purchase price for loss or damage.   If your return is lost or damaged on its way back to us, we cannot issue a refund.  "Damage" is considered anything that results in the item being unsellable and includes bent corners on mats and bent mats.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method of shipping.
